Ethnic Confusion

My extended-family’s ethnic origins span across many uniquely different countries, so why not embrace the differences and merge different cultures through food? In this series, “Ethnic Confusion,” I’ll be exploring recipes that share a common plate, but probably not a common ancestry. And because, quite frankly, the world needs more banh mi burgers.
